I went to Long Island Decking to "look" at Trek Furniture. I fell in love with the look and decided to just order right on the spot. Long Island Decking definitely delivered on service. Kim my salesperson was very knowledgable and extremely accommodating. She helped us pick out colors and i felt like i was talking to a friend. Nice and Easy..... and Jay stepped in to save the day when i needed a specific delivery date. not only did HE deliver but HE helped me with the assembly... My experience with Long Island Decking was top notched. I highly recommend them!!!!!!
We were extremely pleased with our Long Island Decking experience. Jay designed a deck that fit or budget, but also made the most of our space. The job was completed in just 3 days and was done before the deadline we had given them (what contractor EVER actually finishes a job ON TIME?) The deck turned out beautifully and we can not wait to get a lot of use out of it in the future.

Jay, the owner, is very involved with his team of installers and is frequently on site. He always returns phone calls and when a problem did arise with our deck, Jay stood behind his word and the repair was completed in a timely manner. Recently I shopped around to find the cheapest quote on a deck project. One of the companies I called was Long Island Decking, but we chose to go with a different cheaper company to build our deck because I figured all decks were built the same. Boy was I wrong. Long story short the deck was poorly constructed and downright hazardous. I recently called Long Island Decking again to correct the problems which they did at an honest and fair price. Don't make the same mistake use LI Decking!!
We contacted co's to replace and resign our deck & balconies. Living close to the ocean our concern was quality and durability. Josh understood & took the time to ensure that we recv'd that. Design to install was perfect, on schedule, & w/ a courteous professional crew. We knew we made the right choice. The true test occurred after we had one of the most horrific storms recently. Without a doubt. The best and most honest deck builder you can find. Five years after the deck was built we needed some alteration to accommodate our dog and Long Island Decking came back and made the change - and then didn't charge us a cent! That's what I call customer service.
